I ship orders once a week. Unless special circumstances, your order will ship within 5 business days.

Free untracked shipping applies for orders over 70€, and free tracked shipping on orders over 100€ (for orders in France, free shipping starts at 35€ & 50€ for tracked orders).

- Between 3€ and 10€ for tracked shipping

I do deliver to the UK from this website since my Etsy shop is closed.
However, if your order exceeds a certain amount, there could be extra charges upon receiving your order. You will have to pay these custom fees to get your package.

So far, none of my UK customers haven't had to pay any extra fees though.

I do not cancel or refund orders without a good reason. If your order gets lost in the mail, or is damaged, please contact me and we will work on a solution that works for both of us.
